Delivery Service

We offer free delivery on all our UK mug orders, the main delivery service we use is Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery. They have proven to be the most reliable and provide a tracking number for assurance. We also offer alternative services at an additional cost upon request. All our mugs are printed on demand, and dispatched as soon as the process is complete, approximately 1 to 2 working days. Estimated UK delivery time is around 2 to 3 working days thereafter. Unfortunately we only dispatch to the UK due to tariffs and import/export fees and the likelihood that a mug wouldn't survive international delivery. All orders are expertly wrapped and dispatched in durable, smash proof cardboard shipping boxes to prevent breakages during transit. You can also direct your package to a collection point if your not going to be home using the royal mail app.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it back to us. We can only accept returns if the item is in the same, unused condition it was received in. When your return is approved and accepted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of delivery for returning the item to us. Also a small restocking fee may be applicable. Please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item, hopefully we can resolve any issues you may have. If your mug arrives broken we will dispatch a replacement for free or issue you with a full refund and our deepest apologies, personalised and customised items are made to order and exempt from our returns policy.

Secure Payments

All payments and transactions made on our website are processed externally using Paypal Express checkout. Paypal is a safe and secure way to process payments online, they also provide protection if anything should ever go wrong. You don’t even need a Paypal account to make a purchase with us, simply enter your card details during the checkout process and Paypal will take care of the rest. None of your credit card or bank account details are processed or stored on our website, servers or computers. We will only accept payments via Paypay. Payments using cash, checks or vouchers will not be accepted. We have a secure SSL certificate on our website as a further layer of security and protection. Look for the padlock icon, this keeps all your user data secure and encrypts all transaction information and prevents interception.
